  • 1.40kilograms Woolworths RSPCA Approved chicken wings
  • 1/3 cup Mr Chen's teriyaki sauce
  • 500grams Woolworths prep set go frozen stir-fry mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup Woolworths white long-grain rice
  • 1/4 bunch spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 2tablespoons Woolworths sweet chilli mayonnaise

Description

Nothing gets better than tender, juicy chicken wings paired with a deliciously creamy dipping sauce. Whip up this easy dinner tonight to impress the family.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Place chicken wings in a large baking dish lined with baking paper. Drizzle with ¼ cup sauce. Toss to coat. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.

Step 2 of 4

Meanwhile, cook vegetables in a large 20cm (base measurement) saucepan of boiling water for 2 minutes or until just tender. Drain, place in a separate bowl and cover to keep warm.

Step 3 of 4

Using the saucepan, cook rice according to packet directions. Add vegetables and half of the onion to rice. Season.

Step 4 of 4

Drizzle chicken wings with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with remaining onion. Serve with rice mixture and mayonnaise.
