  • 5mL Woolworths extra virgin olive oil cooking spray
  • 500grams Woolworths beef mince
  • 40grams Continental Classics chilli con carne seasoning base
  • 400grams Woolworths diced Italian tomatoes
  • 100grams Woolworths Danish-style feta, coarsely crumbled
  • 1/4 bunch coriander, sprigs picked
  • 375grams Mission deli-style tortilla rounds

Description

Whip up a flavourful fiesta in no time with this great value chilli con carne dish. Packed with zesty spices and hearty beans, it's your easy weeknight meal sorted.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Spray a large frying pan with oil and heat over medium-high heat. Add mince and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up lumps, for 3 minutes or until mince changes colour.

Step 2 of 4

Add seasoning, tomatoes and ¼ cup water. Stir until well combined. Bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes. Season.

Step 3 of 4

Divide mince mixture among serving bowls. Top with feta and coriander.

Step 4 of 4

Serve with corn chips for dipping.
