- 2tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium lemon, halved and de-seeded
- 3 sprigs rosemary, torn
- 1 small red capsicum, de-seeded and cut into chunks
- 1 small green capsicum, de-seeded and cut into chunks
- 1 small white onion, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 small red onion, peeled and cut into chunks

Heat up a chargrill to a medium heat. Add the plant-based chicken and vegetables onto skewers. Chargrill the skewers for 10 minutes while rotating.
