  • 40grams macadamia nuts, lightly crushed
  • 2 medium shallots, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and diced
  • 2tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1tablespoons sesame oil
  • 20grams sesame seeds

Method

Step 1 of 2

Add all ingredients apart from the sesame seeds and macadamia to a wok or pan and fry on a medium heat for 6 minutes while tossing.

Step 2 of 2

Add the sesame and macadmia and fry for a further 4 minutes before serving.
