- 1 Woolworths sourdough loaf
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1teaspoons dried oregano
- 250grams cream cheese
- 200milliliter sour cream
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1/3 cup chargrilled capsicum
- 1 1/2 cup grated pizza cheese
- 80grams Italian salami, finely sliced
- 1/3 cup black olives, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed

Take your tastebuds on an Italian flavour trip with this creative pizza dip that will be a hit at any celebration.
Method
Step 1 of 5
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2 of 5
Cut top portion from sourdough loaf and cut into large pieces. Place in a bowl. Scoop out bread from loaf, leaving a 2cm-thick shell. Tear bread into large pieces and place in bowl.
Step 3 of 5
Combine olive oil, garlic cloves and dried oregano in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper. Brush inside of bread shell with some garlic oil. Pour remaining oil over the bread pieces, tossing to combine. Place bread shell and pieces on tray.

Mix light cream cheese, light sour cream, tomato paste and chargrilled capsicum in a bowl.
Step 5 of 5
Combine 1 cup grated cheese, salami, black olives, reserving 1 tbs each of the olives and salami, and spoon into bread shell. Top with remaining 1/2 cup grated cheese, salami and olives. Bake for 30 minutes or until dip is warm and bread pieces are toasted.
