- 300milliliter cream
- 150 milk
- 100grams Cottee's instant pudding vanilla
- 1packets Short crust pastry
- 1 pie maker
- 1teaspoons powered sugar
Description
Make easy vanilla slice using a pie maker for a quick afternoon treat.
Method
Step 1 of 5
Cut out pastry with cutter.
Step 2 of 5
Mix cream, milk and pudding mix until thick and creamy. Set aside
Step 3 of 5
Line pie maker with pastry. Cook pastry with lid off for 5 minutes. Put down lid and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 4 of 5
Spoon pudding mix into pastry cases. (Careful not to over fill). Close lid and cook for 6 to 8 minutes. Cool pies on a cooking rack and repeat with remaining pastry and filling.
Step 5 of 5
Serve with ice cream or fresh cream. Keep uneaten pies in fridge.
