- 8 RSPCA Approved chicken drumsticks (from the Deli)
- 20grams Nando's peri-peri bag & bake medium seasoning
- 600grams Birds Eye sea salt & rosemary seasoned chips
- 1/4 bunch coriander, leaves picked
- 1/3 cup Woolworths garlic aioli
Description
Indulge in a tantalising fusion of flavours with this budget-friendly peri-peri chicken dish.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced.
Step 2 of 4
Place drumsticks and seasoning in the provided bag. Shake, then fold the open end of the bag twice and crease well. Place the bag, seams facing down, on a large baking tray. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes or until cooked through.
Step 3 of 4
Meanwhile, line a second large baking tray with baking paper. Halfway through cooking the chicken, spread chips out on the second tray in a single layer. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
Step 4 of 4
Chop half of the coriander and place in a small bowl. Add aioli and stir to combine. Divide chicken and chips among plates. Drizzle chicken with bag juices. Serve with aioli and sprinkled with remaining coriander.
