Get inspired by the sea, and make this fun and filling porridge to help kickstart the day.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Place oats, milk, banana and cup water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to the boil and cook, stirring, for 3 minutes or until creamy.

Step 2 of 3

Divide porridge among two small bowls, building up slightly on one side.

Step 3 of 3

Spoon equal amounts of yoghurt into shallow side of each bowl and over the oats. Dip a skewer in food colouring and swirl through yoghurt. Sprinkle edge of yoghurt in each bowl with 1 tsp coconut, then top oats with kiwifruit and serve.
