Description
Cosy up with a fragrant blend of fruit and spices with this brew of apple, cinnamon and ginger 'tea' that's ready in 15 minutes. Perfect for a chilly night!
Method
Step 1 of 1
Place cloves, apple, cinnamon, syrup, ginger, lemon juice and 3 cups cold water in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to the boil. Boil for 5 minutes or until apple has softened. Strain into a heatproof jug and discard solids, except apple (see Tip). Divide between 2 glasses. Top with extra apple. Serve.
