- 1/4 watermelon, skin removed
- 2 kiwifruit
- 1/2 punnet strawberries, hulled

Method
Step 1 of 5
Cut watermelon into 1cm pieces. Transfer to a food processor with strawberries and pulse until smooth.
Step 2 of 5
Pass watermelon mixture through a sieve to remove strawberry seeds. Pour into popsicle moulds, filling 3/4 of the way up. Freeze for 2 hours until almost frozen.
Step 3 of 5
Meanwhile, place kiwifruit in food processor and pulse until smooth.
Step 4 of 5
Remove popsicles from freezer. Pour kiwifruit purée into popsicle moulds to fill to the top. Insert popsicle sticks into the centre of each.
Step 5 of 5
Freeze for a further 4 hours or until completely frozen.
