Description

This crisp and garden-fresh salad is a traditional middle eastern dish.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Remove the centre and seeds from the tomatoes and set aside. Finely dice the skin and place in a mixing bowl.

Step 2 of 2

Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and mix fully. Let the mixture marinade in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
