- 200grams pearl barley, cooked as per pack instructions
- 300grams vegetable stock
- 100grams chorizo, chopped
- 160grams halloumi cheese, chopped

Description
A delicious warm salad that combines the salty halloumi well with the spicy chorizo.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Cook the pearl barley as per packet instructions but use the vegetable stock as your liquid. While the pearl barley is cooking, fry the chorizo on a non stick pan on a medium heat.
Step 2 of 3
Cook the chorizo for 3 minutes but turning. Now add the chopped halloumi and fry for a further 3 minutes while turning.
Step 3 of 3
Drain the pearl barley and remove from the heat and serve with the chorizo and halloumi.
