- 80grams Flora Lactose Free Block Salted
- 160grams gluten-free double choc biscuits
- 3/4 cup toasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped
- 500mL FLORA Thickened Cream
- 300grams dairy-free dark choc baking buttons
- 1tablespoons maple syrup
- 1teaspoons vanilla bean paste
- 125grams strawberries, halved
- 60grams blueberries
- 60grams raspberries
- 6 cherries
- 1/4 bunch mint, leaves picked
Description
Deliciously rich and creamy, no one will guess this no-bake chocolate tart is also lactose-free. Steal the show this festive season with a dessert for everyone.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Melt block in a small bowl in the microwave. Place biscuits and cup hazelnuts into a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form. Add melted block and pulse until combined. Press biscuit mixture into a 24cm fluted tart tin. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes or until set.
Step 2 of 3
Place 300ml cream, chocolate and maple syrup in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring, for 5-6 minutes or until melted. Remove from heat and pour into tart tin. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm.
Step 3 of 3
Combine vanilla and remaining cream in a large bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat mixture until soft peaks form. Top chilled tart with berries, cherries and remaining hazelnuts. Dollop with cream. Garnish with mint. Serve.
