Goji berry & sumac-crumbed truffles
  • 1/4 cup dried goji berries, chopped
  • 3teaspoons ground sumac
Mixed herb truffles
  • 1teaspoons Woolworths smoked paprika
  • 1/3 cup mixed chopped herbs
Walnut truffles
  • 1/4 cup Woolworths walnuts, toasted, chopped
  • 1 1/2tablespoons Woolworths sesame seeds, toasted
  • 450grams Woolworths cream cheese, softened slightly
  • 160grams goat cheese

Description

Get a little fancy this season with these spice and nut cheese truffles. Arrange the delicious walnut, goji berry and sumac crumb, and mixed herb balls into a Christmas tree for some extra festive fun.

Prep tip:

Truffles can be made up to a day ahead. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Process cream cheese and goat cheese until smooth. Using 1 tablespoonful of mixture per ball, shape into 24 balls.

Step 2 of 3

Combine walnut ingredients on a large, flat plate. Combine goji berry ingredients on a separate large plate. Combine mixed herb ingredients on another large plate.

Step 3 of 3

Divide balls among plates, then roll to coat. Serve.
