  • 1/2 bunch continental parsley
  • 125grams unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2tablespoons rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1tablespoons horseradish cream
  • 12 Woolworths mini soft round rolls, split
  • 1tablespoons caster sugar
  • 1teaspoons gelatine powder
  • 2tablespoons Woolworths dried goji berries
  • 1/4 punnet dill, sprigs picked

Description

Fill the house with delicious festive aromas when you cook up these mouthwatering rosemary and garlic butter bread rolls that will feed a happy crowd.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Grease and line a 20x30cm (base) baking tray with baking paper. Finely chop 2 tbs parsley. Pick the remaining leaves to use as decoration.

Step 2 of 4

Combine butter, garlic, chopped parsley, rosemary and horseradish cream in a bowl. Spread on cut sides of rolls. Place rolls on prepared tray. Cover with foil. Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through.

Step 3 of 4

Meanwhile, place sugar, gelatine and 1 tbs hot water in a heatproof bowl. Stir until well combined. Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir to combine until gelatine dissolves.

Step 4 of 4

Working with 3 rolls at a time, brush rolls with sugar mixture. Decorate with parsley leaves, dill sprigs and goji berries. Repeat with remaining rolls. Serve.
