- 100grams peas

- 2tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 stalks scallions, chopped

Description
An Indonesian inspired egg fried rice recipe with mixed vegetables.
Method
Step 1 of 7
Cook the rice as per packet instructions and then drain and set to one side.
Step 2 of 7
Heat up a pan to a medium heat and add the sesame oil.
Step 3 of 7
Fry the onions, garlic and carrot for 4 minutes.
Step 4 of 7
Crack the eggs into the pan and fry while breaking them up as they cook.
Step 5 of 7
Now add the peas to the pan and fry for a further 3 minutes.
Step 6 of 7
Add the rice to the pan with the rest of the ingredients apart from the scallion and fry for 3 more minutes while tossing.
Step 7 of 7
Remove from the heat and garnish with scallions to serve.
