Try our fun-filled mini pizzas. Get the whole family involved with great toppings like capsicum and avocado. Enjoy more than one without any of the guilt!

Method

Step 1 of 2

Preheat oven to 180°C. Place 12 small Lebanese breads or pizza bases onto oven trays lined with baking paper. Spread with salt-reduced tomato paste and add your favourite toppings. Finish with mozzarella cheese.

Step 2 of 2

Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are crisp and cheese has melted.

Note: Each topping is enough for 6 pizzas.
