  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted
  • 1/2 red capsicum, cored and sliced
  • 2pk pizza base
  • 6tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 cup mozzarella, shredded
  • 1/2 bunch fresh basil, leaves picked

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 200°C. Line 2 baking trays with aluminium foil.

Step 2 of 3

Place a pizza base on each tray. Spread each with 3 tbs tomato paste, then spoon over a layer of bolognese sauce. Top each with 1 cup shredded mozzarella, 1/4 cup olives and 1/4 of the capsicum.

Step 3 of 3

Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and base is crisp. Serve with fresh basil.
