- 1 1/2 cups self-raising flour
- 1 1/2teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4teaspoons sea salt flakes
- 200grams Greek-style natural yoghurt
- 2tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 qty big batch meatballs in tomato basil sauce, thawed overnight in fridge, if necessaryingredient tip
- 1 1/2 cups shredded pizza cheese
- 25grams parmesan, finely grated
- 1/4 bunch basil, leaves picked
Description
Bring a slice of Italy into your kitchen with these divine pizzas. They'll become a family favourite in no time.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Place flour, baking powder and salt flakes in a large bowl. Make a well in the centre. Add yoghurt and oil, then mix to form a soft dough. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead for 1 minute or until smooth. Divide dough equally into 2 portions. Using a rolling pin, roll each portion into a 20 x 30cm oval.

Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced. Heat 2 baking trays in oven for 5 minutes.
Step 3 of 4
Place bases on baking paper. Spread 1 cup sauce over bases. Scatter over cheeses. Arrange meatballs over pizzas.
Step 4 of 4
Use baking paper to transfer pizzas to baking trays. Bake for 20 minutes or until bases are golden and cheese has melted. Serve topped with basil.
