Description

This mousse is a light, airy and colourful dessert that uses only three vegan ingredients along with a few simple steps to make.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Add 100g of mango puree, coconut cream and powdered sugar to a mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer to whip the ingredients for 5 minutes until light and fluffy.

Step 2 of 2

Spoon the mousse into glasses, jars or bowls topping each one with the remaining mango puree. Chill in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours to set.
