- 500grams lamb mince
- 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 free range egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 bunch mint, leaves picked, chopped (plus extra leaves to serve)
- 1/4 bunch coriander, leaves picked, chopped (plus extra leaves to serve)
- 2/3 cup tzatziki
- 320grams mix-a-mato tomatoes, halved
- 1tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
