Description

For a simple and delicious lunchtime meal, enjoy slices of juicy, grilled Woolworths lamb leg steaks in a delectable Middle Eastern-inspired wrap.

Method

Step 1 of 4

To make tabouli, juice 1 lemon, then cut remaining lemon into quarters and set aside. Place bulgur wheat in a large heatproof bowl. Cover with hot water and stand for 15 minutes or until softened slightly. Drain. Reserve ¼ cup parsley sprigs. Finely chop remaining parsley. Add chopped parsley, tomatoes, onion, lemon juice and 2 tbs oil to bulgur. Stir to combine.

Meanwhile, place lamb on a large plate. Drizzle remaining oil over lamb, then sprinkle with spice blend, turning to coat all over.

Step 3 of 4

Preheat a chargrill or barbecue grill to medium-high. Add lamb and cook for 3 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate. Cover and rest for 5 minutes, then slice. While meat rests, add bread to grill and cook for 1 minute each side or until toasted.

Step 4 of 4

Place bread on plates. Top with hummus, tabouli and lamb. Sprinkle with reserved parsley and serve with lemon.
