  • 1 small mango, peeled, roughly chopped
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 lime zested
  • 1 long red chilli, roughly chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
  • 2centimeters fresh ginger, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup Woolworths vegetable oil

Description

This vibrant mango and chilli marinade is a delicious way to add a kick to grilled chicken or fish at your next barbecue.
Instruction tip
Cooking tip:
Marinate chicken, beef steak, prawns and fish fillets in the fridge for as few as 10 minutes and as long as 4 hours or overnight. Freeze and store marinated meat for up to 1 month.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Blitz mango, lime, chilli, garlic and ginger in a small food processor until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl.

Step 2 of 3

Add oil and season well. Stir to combine.

Step 3 of 3

Use to marinate chicken thigh cutlets, firm white fish fillets.
