  • 1/3 cup white miso paste
  • 2tablespoons Woolworths honey
  • 2tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4centimeters fresh ginger, finely grated
  • 1/4teaspoons dried chilli flakes
  • 2teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted

Description

Whip up this sweet-and-savoury marinade in five minutes to add a flavourful punch to your favourite grilled protein or vegetables.

Cooking tip:
Marinate chicken, beef steak, prawns and fish fillets in the fridge for as few as 10 minutes and as long as 4 hours or overnight. Freeze and store marinated meat for up to 1 month.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix until smooth and combined. Season well.

Use to marinate chicken drumsticks, salmon fillets or tofu.
