  • 1kilograms tub Woolworths Greek-style natural yoghurt
  • 2tablespoons tahini
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 small red radishes, scrubbed, sliced
  • 1tablespoons pistachio dukkah
  • 2teaspoons dried chilli flakes
  • 1teaspoons sumac
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves
  • 3 Lebanese bread rounds, toasted (to serve)

Description

Creamy and tangy, this super simple tahini-yoghurt dip is a treat with crackers and veggies or smeared on a plate as the base for a tasty salad.

Serving tip:
For a tasty and simple side salad, toss 1 cup tapenade with 120g pkt baby rocket leaves and 450g canned halved baby beetroot. Serve sprinkled with crumbled feta.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Line a sieve with muslin cloth or a clean cloth. Place prepared sieve over a bowl. Spoon yoghurt into sieve. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Step 2 of 3

Transfer yoghurt into a large bowl. To make dip, add tahini, lemon juice, garlic and ¼ cup oil to yoghurt. Mix well. Spoon onto a plate.

Step 3 of 3

Drizzle dip with remaining oil. Top with radish. Sprinkle with dukkah, chilli, sumac and mint. Serve with bread.
