  • 2teaspoons olive oil
  • 450grams pkt steamed brown rice
  • 2 pkts kaleslaw kit
  • 1 bunch radish, thinly sliced
  • 2 nori sheets, shredded

Method

Step 1 of 3

Rub steak with miso and set aside for 20 minutes or until it comes to room temperature. Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Add steak and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side for medium or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate, cover loosely with foil and set aside to rest.

Step 2 of 3

Meanwhile, heat rice in microwave according to packet instructions. Empty into a large bowl and allow to cool slightly.

Step 3 of 3

Add kaleslaw kits (including dressing and superfood sprinkle) to rice with radish and toss to combine. Thinly slice steak and serve with warm rice salad, topped with shredded nori.
