- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 2-3tablespoons honey
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup untoasted muesli

- 1/4 cup chia seeds

Method
Step 1 of 2
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line 2 trays with baking paper. Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl and make a well in the centre. Mix in remaining ingredients.
Step 2 of 2
Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto trays. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden. Store in an airtight container.
