Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2 of 3

Pipe a small amount of raspberry jam into the sides of the hot cross buns.

Step 3 of 3

Place buns on tray and brush with melted butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake for 7 minutes until warmed through. Sprinkle with extra cinnamon sugar and serve warm.
