  • 2 eggs
  • 1teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 2tablespoons water
  • 50grams sprinkles
  • 12 ice cream cones

A simple recipe that kids will love and can get involved making them.

Method

Step 1 of 6

Prepare a 12 cupcake tin and place 12 ice cream cones in the tin.

Step 2 of 6

Cream the butter and sugar until it is light and creamy.

Step 3 of 6

Gradually add eggs one at a time and beat well.

Step 4 of 6

Gradually fold in the sifted flour until you get a smooth consistency.

Step 5 of 6

Fill each cone evenly with mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 15-20 minutes. Remove from tin and place on a cooling rack.

Step 6 of 6

In the meantime prepare icing sugar by using a small bowl and add water to form a smooth consistency. Top with sprinkles and enjoy!
