- 2 fresh skinless salmon fillets or frozen skinless salmon fillets, thawed
- 2tablespoons honey
- 2tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1tablespoons sesame seeds
- 250grams Woolworths microwave jasmine rice, heated to serve
- 1 avocado, cut into wedges
- 2 yellow peaches, cut into wedges
- 2/3 cup frozen edamame, blanched
- 1/3 cup Woolworths sriracha mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves
- 1 lime, cut into cheeks

Looking for a new go-to quick and easy meal? Look no further than these air-fryer honey sriracha salmon bowls made with delicious fresh peaches and avocado.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Place salmon on a plate. Whisk honey, oil and garlic in a small bowl. Brush salmon with half of the honey mixture. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 2 of 3
Cook salmon in a 5L air fryer for 8 minutes for medium or until golden-brown and cooked to your liking. Using a fork, flake salmon into large pieces.
Step 3 of 3
Spoon rice into bowls. Add avocado, peach, edamame and salmon to bowls. Drizzle with remaining honey mixture. Top with sriracha mayonnaise and coriander. Serve with lime.
