- 1teaspoons vanilla essence
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup dried apricots, chopped

After an easy breakfast idea? Try this crunchy homemade granola that's full of fruit, nuts, spices and honey. It's the perfect start to the day.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 150°C/130°C fan-forced. Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper. Combine oats, coconut, nuts, seeds, cinnamon and salt flakes in a large bowl. Combine honey, oil and vanilla in a small bowl, then add to oat mixture and stir until well combined.
Step 2 of 3
Divide oat mixture between trays and spread out evenly. Bake for 55 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, or until golden. Remove trays from oven and allow to cool completely.
Step 3 of 3
Add cranberries and apricots to mixture, then stir to combine. Serve.
