  • 60grams butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup coconut, shredded
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 400grams tinned fruit apples, sliced
  • 1 cup vanilla custard (to serve)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 180°C. Divide the pie apple filling between 4x150ml capacity ramekins. Place onto a baking tray.

Step 2 of 3

Combine flour, oats, coconut, butter and sugar in a bowl. Spoon over the apple.

Step 3 of 3

Bake for 20 minutes until crumble is golden. Serve with custard.
