- 3teaspoons sugar
- 1/2teaspoons vanilla essence
- 1teaspoons cornstarch
- 20grams butter
- 1 egg
- 1tablespoons coconut flake

Method
Step 1 of 6
Allow the puff pastry sheet to thaw before dividing it into 4 squares
Step 2 of 6
Wash the blueberries, allow to dry. Once dry, mix with sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla essence.
Step 3 of 6
Melt the butter in the microwave, then brush it on the pastry sheet.
Step 4 of 6
Fold up the four corners of the pastry sheet (1-2 cm) on each sides. Place a handful of blueberries in the centre of the sheets.

Brush the edges with egg wash, then sprinkle the coconut flakes on top of the blueberries.
Step 6 of 6
Preheat the oven and bake for 20 mins or until brown at 210°C. Ready to serve.
