Description

Add a burst of flavour to your meals with this easy herb butter recipe. Fresh herbs are blended perfectly into butter for a delicious topping. Try it today.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Combine herbs and butter in a food processor. Process until combined.

Step 2 of 2

Scrape out onto a sheet of baking paper and roughly shape into a log (see note). Twist the ends to seal. Chill until firm. Store in the refrigerator for 2 weeks or freeze for 6 months. Note: To achieve a good shape, fold the long end of baking paper over butter to meet the opposite edge. Using a ruler or back of a large knife, roll it against the length of the butter while holding remaining paper with your other hand. This will make an even cylinder.
