  • 2 figs
  • 1 1/4 cup baked muscovado mini meringues
  • 1/2 cup crème fraîche
  • 2teaspoons cocoa powder (for dusting)
  • 60grams plain chocolate, melted

Description

Muscovado sugar is used to sweeten these little meringues and give them a toffee-like flavour. They will be popular with everyone.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Cut the figs in half, then slice each half into 5 slivers.

Step 2 of 3

Top individual meringues with 1 tsp crème fraîche and dust lightly with cocoa powder.

Step 3 of 3

Arrange 1 fig silver on top then, using a teaspoon, drizzle with melted chocolate. Serve at room temperature.
