- 400grams mixed berries
- 1 2/3 cup strawberry yoghurt
- 1 1/4 cup crème fraîche
- 4tablespoons icing sugar
- 4 meringue nests, roughly crushed

Method
Step 1 of 4
Place half the berries in a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl with the strawberry yoghurt and stir to mix well.
Step 2 of 4
Place the remaining berries in a bowl and mix in the crème fraîche and icing sugar. Add this mixture to the berry and yoghurt mixture and swirl through to create a marbled effect.
Step 3 of 4
Fold in the crushed meringue and spoon into 4 chilled dessert glasses.
Step 4 of 4
Serve immediately, decorated with berries.
