  • 6 ripe figs, halved
  • 1 cinnamon stick, broken in half
  • 2tablespoons agave nectar
  • 2tablespoons brandy
  • 150grams raspberries
  • 1 orange, finely grated zest
  • 150grams plain soy yoghurt

Method

Step 1 of 3

Arrange the fig halves, cut side up, in a baking dish with the cinnamon. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of the agave nectar and the brandy.

Step 2 of 3

Bake in a preheated oven, at 190°C, for 15-20 minutes, until soft. Sprinkle with the raspberries and turn to coat in the juices, then leave to cool slightly.

Step 3 of 3

Mix the remaining agave nectar with the orange zest and soy yoghurt and serve with the figs and raspberries.
