Method

Step 1 of 2

Whip the cream in a mixing bowl until soft peaks are formed. Crumble the meringues and chop the strawberries.

Step 2 of 2

In your serving bowls, layer the meringue, strawberries, coulis and whipped cream. Garnish with chopped mint and icing sugar.
