- 2 bananas, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 free range egg
- 250grams strawberries, hulled, quartered, sliced
- 2tablespoons cacao nibs

Description
These nutritionally approved strawberry and cocoa oat biscuits are the perfect pick-me-up treat. They're simple to make and big on crunch and flavour.
Method
Step 1 of 5
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Line two large baking trays with baking paper.
Step 2 of 5
Reserve 25g rolled oats. Place remaining rolled oats in a food processor and process until very fine.
Step 3 of 5
Place banana in a medium bowl and mash with a fork until smooth. Add syrup, cinnamon and egg, then stir to combine.
Step 4 of 5
Add processed oats, strawberries and half of the cacao nibs to banana mixture. Stir to combine.
Step 5 of 5
Working with 2 tbs at a time, roll mixture into balls, place on trays and press down to form 5cm rounds. Sprinkle with reserved oats and remaining cacao nibs. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden. Allow to cool on trays completely. Serve.
