Method

Step 1 of 6

You will need 8 soaked bamboo skewers.

Step 2 of 6

Cut 6 pork and veal with sage and onion gluten-free sausages into thirds.

Step 3 of 6

Cut a red capsicum into large pieces then dice and cut a red onion into 8 wedges.

Step 4 of 6

Thread onto skewers with sausage pieces, button mushrooms and thick slices of zucchini.

Step 5 of 6

Cook on a preheated barbecue or chargrill pan for 8 minutes, turning frequently until cooked through.

Step 6 of 6

Serve with purchased tomato relish and a green salad.
