- 2 pcs Wai Wai rice vermicelli
- 2tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 brown onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 fish cake, sliced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 cup bok choy, chopped
- 1tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1/2teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1/2 cup spring onions, chopped

Method

Prepare the ingredients.

Soak the rice vermicelli until soft in cool water (approximately 5 minute) and toss it.

Put oil in a frying pan on medium heat, add the chopped onion & garlic and fry until both are golden brown or aroma pops up.

Add the sliced fish cake and mix well.
Step 5 of 9
Add the beaten eggs into the pan (as if making a scramble egg), mix well with the onion, garlic and fish cake.

Add the veggies (sliced carrot and chopped bok choy) slowly and mix.

Add the soft rice vermicelli and mix well with the veggies.

Add the oyster sauce, sesame oil, the sprinkles of salt and pepper (adjust according to taste). Mix well.

Off the heat, top with spring onions and serve.
