  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tomato

Description

Quick and easy beef bowl using Woolworths Bulgogi beef strips.
Instruction tip
Add a dollop of natural Greek yoghurt to finish.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat pan with oil over medium heat. Add onion to pan, lightly cook then add the beef and stir-fry until cooked.

Step 2 of 4

While beef is cooking cut up tomato and cucumber into small cubes. Microwave rice pouch.

Step 3 of 4

To serve, place rice into bowl, add beef and onions then top with veg. Serve with lemon wedge.
