  • 200grams Bare Bones Garlic Butter Sauce With Sage
  • 450grams Sunrice Microwave Fragrant Brown Rice Family Size
  • 460grams salmon portions skin on
  • 500grams frozen baby beans
  • 1/4 bunch continental parsley, leaves picked (to serve)
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges (to serve)

Description

Melt-in-your-mouth salmon fillets with garlic sauce, beans and rice. Who knew dinner could be so quick and easy and so impressive at the same time?

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Cut 4 30 x 40cm sheets of foil and place on a bench. Place salmon in centre of each sheet and spoon over 2 tbs sauce over each portion. Fold in centre and end of foil to enclose. Place on a large baking tray and bake for 10 minutes or until just cooked through

Meanwhile, heat rice according to packet instructions

Place beans in a large microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high for 3 minutes or until tender.

Step 4 of 4

Divide rice, beans and salmon among plates. Top salmon with remaining sauce, scatter over parsley and season with pepper. Serve with lemon wedges.
