Description

This easy stir-fry recipe made with honey soy beef and crunchy cashews is so quick to make and perfect for midweek dinners. All you need is four ingredients!

Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat 2 tbs peanut oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Stir-fry beef, in batches, for 2 minutes or until browned and almost cooked through. Transfer to a bowl. Cover to keep warm.

Step 2 of 4

Cook stir-fry kit according to packet instructions, adding beef and 1/4 cup cashews when adding sauce mixture to pan. Toss to combine. Cook for 2 minutes or until coated and warmed through.

Step 3 of 4

Heat rice according to packet instructions.

Step 4 of 4

Serve stir-fry over rice topped with remaining cashews.
