- 2tablespoons soy sauce
- 1tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2teaspoons sesame oil
- 60milliliter honey
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 bunches pak choy
- 1/2 capsicum
- 4 sprigs spring onion
- 6 baby corns
- 3tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 1 large mushroom
- 2tablespoons peanut oil
- 1packets hokkien or singapore noodles
Description
This is such a favourite in our house we have it every week. I use whatever ingredients I have at the time and it always comes out perfect.
Method
Step 1 of 5
Brown sesame seeds over medium heat in a wok and set aside.
Brown cashews in the wok and set aside with sesame seeds.
Step 2 of 5
Chop all veggies into small pieces and set aside.
Cut chicken into 2x2cm pieces.
Step 3 of 5
Mix the Honey, sesame oil, oyster sauce and soy sauce together with a fork and set aside.
Step 4 of 5
Heat peanut oil in wok on high heat and brown off the chicken.
Set chicken aside and add chopped veggies to the wok.
Cook until veggies are tender.
Step 5 of 5
Add sauce mixture, browned chicken, noodles and browned sesame seeds and cashews. Stir through until noodles are hot and tender.
