- 100grams cheese
- 25grams butter
- 25milliliter olive oil
- 1/4teaspoons salt and pepper (to taste)

Description
A nutritious and tasty meal suitable for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Melt butter and oil together. (Adding oil to butter stops it burning). Add in the sliced mushrooms. I used Swiss brown cup mushrooms but any variety will do. Season to your liking.
Step 2 of 3
Transfer mushrooms to a plate and sprinkle grated cheese over cooked mushrooms. I used a blend of cheddar, parmesan and mozzarella.
Step 3 of 3
Place under grill till melted and golden. Serve with buttered toast. I used sourdough pane da casa loaf. Enjoy!
