- 100grams thickened cream
- 50grams Unsalted butter
- 332grams Cadbury Mini Eggs
- 256grams Oreo Original Chocolate Cookies
- 80grams unsalted butter, melted
- 500grams Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese Block, softened
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 6 pieces Cadbury Chocolate Hollow Hunting Eggs, roughly chopped
- 2teaspoons gelatine powder
- 300milliliter thickened cream

Method
Step 1 of 6
Grease a 20cm square tin and line with baking paper.
Step 2 of 6
To make the base, place butter and Oreo Cookies in a food processor and blitz to combine. Press crumb mixture into base of the prepared tin. Chill in fridge for 10 minutes.

Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in thickened cream. Dissolve gelatine in 2 tablespoons of water, then beat into cream cheese mixture. Fold in chopped chocolate eggs.

Pour mixture into slice tin and return to fridge to chill for 3 hours.
Step 5 of 6
Melt chocolate, cream and butter in a heatproof bowl in microwave on medium power for 2-3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, or until melted and smooth. Set aside to cool.
Step 6 of 6
Pour the cooled chocolate mixture over the slice and decorate with chocolate eggs. Chill in fridge for 20 minutes until set.
