Crunchy pastry coated in melted parmesan and chopped slices of ham – we guarantee these tasty French-inspired mini bites will disappear as soon as they're out of the oven.
Method
Step 1 of 1
Cut 18x6cm discs from 2 sheets of partially thawed puff pastry. Place on lined baking trays. Top with 1/4 cup grated parmesan, 2 finely chopped slices of D’Orsogna Premium Australian Ham Off The Bone, then another 1/4 cup grated parmesan. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C/180°C fan-forced for 10 minutes or until puffed and golden. Serve sprinkled with thyme.
