Description
Give your next gathering the wow factor with this simple yet impressive baked brie appetiser.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat oven to 210°C/190°C fan-forced. Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Place bread in the centre of the prepared tray.
Step 2 of 4
Place brie on top of bread. Using a small sharp knife, trace a circle around brie. Scoop out the bread to create a shallow hole and place brie inside. Cut slices either side of brie, taking care not to cut all the way through.
Step 3 of 4
Spray bread with oil. Sprinkle with thyme and walnuts. Drizzle brie with 2 tbs honey. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until brie is melted and bread is golden.
Step 4 of 4
Drizzle with remaining honey and serve immediately.
