- 1tablespoons Dutch processed cocoa powder
- 20grams dark chocolate, chopped
- 2tablespoons Woolworths brown sugar
- 50mL vodka
- 20mL coffee liqueur
- 2tablespoons thickened cream
- ice cubes, to serve
Description
It's the classic cocktail, just taken up a notch! With creamy dark chocolate and thickened cream combined with vodka and coffee liqueur, this cocktail is a perfect after-dinner treat.

Swap tip:Use up any leftover Easter chocolate in this recipe.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Reserve 1/4 tsp cocoa powder. Place chocolate, sugar, remaining cocoa powder and 1/3 cup water in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes until melted and well combined. Bring to the boil and boil for 1 minute. Chill.
Step 2 of 2
Place vodka, liqueur, cream and chilled chocolate mixture in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice. Secure lid. Shake to combine. Strain mixture into a martini glass. Dust with reserved cocoa. Serve.
